A Complete Plant Based Wholefood Vitamin/Mineral Supplement

In addition to glyconutrients, I regularly take a plant-based phytosterol, an antioxidant that ranks highest on the ORAC-O* test, and a multivitamin/mineral. For the past week, I've been taking a new multi that is 100% plant-based, including it's minerals. My energy levels have surprisingly gone up and it feels as though my eyesight has improved as well.
Most of the better quality supplements sold on the market currently chelate (coat/roll) their minerals in protein or other matter so the body will readily digest them.
