糖鎖とは？
人の細胞にたんぱく質が突出し、それに８種類からなる単糖類の鎖のことです。この単糖類は、糖質栄養素または糖鎖構造栄養素と呼ばれます。英語では、"Glyconutrition"というのが一般的に使われています。他の細胞とのコミュニケーションに使われます。
