Summer Greeting from Mt. Shasta.

 Jeanette & I went to Mt. Shata after the glyconutrients conference at Sacramento. It was about 4 hour drive.

Mt. Shasta is getting popular in Japan after it was introduced some books. It has similar atmosphere with Mt. Fuji.

It is very beautiful place. It takes about 5 hours from San Fransisco air port. If you fly, Redding airport would be closest.
