Supplement Effects : Quiting smoking & drinking

First I have to say, it is more like mental effect and not as label claims.

The person in Japan started taking suppment about 9 month ago. He is very hard worker (CPA) and felt difference in short time. He always has very positive attitude all the time. His email always filled out with "Heavenly Word".

He and I had master mind group meeting about 2 month now. It is Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich"

I did not know he was smorking, but I knew he was drinking. He told me he quit smoking about 1 month ago. And recently he quit drinking.

He explained me what happened. He was feeling good effect of supplement, but he quited smoking. Smoking is considered unhealthy habbit in Japan also. He felt much better.

But he thought he can be better, so he quite alcohol. Drinking is very popular in Japan and drunken people are much accepted.

He told me that the supplement seems saving from unhealthy habbit, but now it is helping to promote health.

I was so glad to hear that for his health. It is also almost same as my experience. I did not smoke, but drink some time before glyconutrients business. I felt my health is costing by taking supplement and became eager to be healthy.

That was weired feeling. Feeling good & healthy is kind of luxury. But you can enjoy every moment of life.

If you buy sailing boat, you need to go to harbor to enjoy. If you have motorcycle or car, you need make time to enjoy. Because most of the luxury is enjoying something limited.

But wellness is different, you can enjoy every moment. It makes you happier, because it is not conditional.

It is mentioned in the Paul Zene Pilzer's "The Wellness Revolution" and my experience. And my friends experience. So I feel it is proven. That's why I'm so glad.

So my recommendation would be for all people.

  1. Start taking supplement
  2. Feel better and appriciate your health
  3. Quit unhealthy habbit (smoking, drinking, etc)
    BTW, these habbit is not cool in my opinion
  4. Switch to better food such as organic vegitables & fruits
  5. When you become caring about yourself, you will care other more. Because you are happy.

When you have better taste you can enjoy more happy vegitable & happy fruits.

No matter what you've done before, you can be better, healthier, happier. Let's start.
