Happiness is no where, but (from Mr. Seikan Kobayashi)

3 requirements for happiness

Lucky Guy (Hitori Saito) said there's 3 things are needed for our happiness.

These are our body health, our mind health & money.

I thought glyconurients business are the ideal. Because we become healthy by glyconutrients and other supplement.

We will have healthy mind (likable) by doing business. Because we don't decide, customer decide. Best way in the business is to be likable.

Money is just followed by our success.

If we don't have money, we need to do something we would not like to do or ask someone we don't like. That's why Lucky Guy said so.

Nothing is required for happiness

This is Thank You Guy (Seikan Kobayashi) said. It was eye opener for me and answered my question.

I felt happy even I did not really archieved achieved above goals.

Thank You Guy says there's no absolute happiness and only yourself think it is happiness.

If here's half glass of water, you can think only half, so much half or left over present from someone.

If you think happy, it became happiness.

Know enough

It is one of the enlightenment from Zen. If you look for above and above, you won't get satisfied and not become happy.

If half glass of water is not enough, does full glass may not make you true happiness. For some people, even 100% is not enough.

How about if you think you have enough already?

Happiness is everywhere

Then you can find happiness in every moment. Even something most of people don't think happiness happened, you can think it is happiness.

Before & After

If we get sick, we will have warm heart. Even you have warm heart already, you can be better.

If we get accident, we will become humble. Same way, you can be better.

Achieve enlightenment in 3 second

Seikan-san says there only 3 second needed to achieve enlightenment.

1 sec for accept all of our past.

1 sec for accept all of our current situation.

1 sec for accept all of our future.

Thankful

We can just enjoy now. We can thankful for something great or ourself.

Japanese word "Arigatou ありがとう" is usually translated as "Thank you". "Arigatou ありがとう 有難う" is from "Arigatai 有り難い". The origin is "有難 Very Rare" from Buddha's word.

It is very rare to be born as human. Now we have body and are on the earth. It is very rare.

So we can just say thankful and enjoy our life as happy movie.

Thank you,
Naoki
