Tips: Packager for iPhone (and iPad) / Flash CS5 and Flash Builder

Some tips I got trapped.

Mac

We need Mac to create provision file. Windows only environment does not work. I got Mac mini. We need to pay $100 to be iOs developer.

p12

It requires "iPhone certificate" file. File extension is .p12. We need to create from KeyChain on Mac. When we create we need to select "iPhone Developer Certificate" and "Personal Secret Key" and click to export as P12 file. One file will be created with password.

mobileprovision

This file can be created on Windows after some part on Mac.

iTunes

When we deploy through we need drag and drop mobileprovision file. IPA file will be added by just double clicking.

pfi.bat

It does not work Java 64 bit version. So I installed 32 bit version on C:\java32\ folder. But still command line called 64bit version even after I changed PATH. So I modified pfi.bat file.

Before

@java -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -jar "%~dp0\..\lib\pfi.jar" %*

After

C:\java32\jdk1.6.0_22\bin\java -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -jar "%~dp0\..\lib\pfi.jar" %*

Package batch file

Parameter is long. So it's better to make a batch file. Here's sample.
C:\packagerforiphone\bin\pfi -package -target ipa-test -provisioning-profile "Jeanette_Loan_Calc.mobileprovision" -storetype pkcs12 -keystore "iOs_Dev_Naoki.p12" -storepass PASSWORD "loan_calc.ipa" "loan_calc-app.xml" "loan_calc.swf"

app.xml file

Here's bare minimum but working sample for above loan_calc-app.xml file. width="150" /> For 2008, word of the year for me was
"Today is the best day of life".

If we say so, it will become. And next day we can say again,
it will be better than yesterday.

If we say, we may think how should we spend time on my special
day. Even we see some unhappy people some where, we don't need to
care. They may be not in the best day of life. But we are in the
best day of life.

Some guru said to focus on "now" and "now" is the best
time of life. But I could not. When I was hungry, I was not
really happy about that.

But if we are in the best of day life, we know we will
eat something delicious later the day. It happens.

Another version is "today is the last day of life". We don't
need to say. But if we think that is OK as last day, we may take
extra step and avoid procrastination. If we take one extra step
every day, some thing will be changed.

So it is my favorit word now. Try 3 days, you will see
difference.

Thank you,
Naoki

Happy sympathizer will go to heaven

This is from Buddha's story.

If you do something good, you get points. If you get enough
points, you will go to heaven.

One of the good thing is sympathizing to your friend's
happiness or joy.

It is very easy.

But some people cannot do. People cannot were commonly grown
up by severe parents.

Then these people feel guilty about feeling happiness by
themself. Further more, some time they try to blockade other
people's happiness.

So if we cannot sympathize other people's happiness, it might
be better to check ourself.

So let's celebrate friends happiness.

By law of attraction, the happiness will come back to
ourself.

Thank you,

Cosmic Laws: Cause-and-Effect

Cause-and-Effect

I think it is from Buddha. It is simple law, but it seems very
efficient learning system.

Some idea of god is automation system for whole universe.

Simple one

It is very simple. If you do something, you'll get something.
That's it.

If we drink water, we may need to go to bath room.

If we go to Japanese restaurant and say "Ramen", probably
we'll see ramen on table.

If we do something good, we'll get something good.

If we say someting not good, we'll get something not good.

It is very simple, isn't it? But it is getting more
efficient.

Double-Effect

This is learning system. So if we get effect more than we did,
it become more efficient.

If we do 100 of good things, we'll get 200 of good things.

So if we keep do good things, we'll become better &
better.

We don't need to believe. But I believe even it is not 200%,
it is more than 100% like 110%.

Because if we observe rich people, their word is always good.
If they are not using good words, their position may be
temporary.

If we understand this really, we don't want to do something
not good or say something not good.

Non Time Sensitive

The time between cause-and-effect is not always immediately.
It is very tricky.

Some effect shows up very quickly. So it is easy to
understand.

But many & most of effect takes long time to get
realized.

If someone was doing somthing cause cancer, it does not show
up in 1 week or 1 month. Usally it takes 5-15 years.

If we did something good to help old people, we don't get
effect to get helped until we get old.

How about when we die? Well most of people die sooner or
later. Then what happens?

Same soul many bodies

If we born as human many times with same soul without past
life memory, is this change how we live this life?

We don't know. But I think if we think this way, we can live
better life.

If there's no reset of cause-and-effect, is this change our
life?

It is called karma. It is including good & not good
things.

Then I think it makes more sense for people's talent and
disability.

I don't want to deliver idea that disabled person had karma
from past life. It might be true, but we don't know.

I heard about other idea that disabled person is soul
challenger to almost graduate human soul. I like this idea.

So we can respect the person as challenging person.

When we get Effect

Most likely what we have now around us is from what we did
from our past.

I'm using note PC that I bought this year. I have magcup which
I bought at Salt Lake City.

When we get something unexpected, it might be something we did
from past or past life.

Then what we can do best is appreciation. It might be it is
just we did for ourself.

If someting good happen and we appreciate, we get more good
thing happen.

If someting not good happen and we complain, we get more
not good thing happen. But if we understand it is good for us, we
can appreciate.

We can appreciate to any one or any thing. If we are not sure
to whom, we can appreciate to something great or god.

Arigatou

If we translate English "Thank you" to Japanese, it is
"Arigatou". But Japanese often abbreviate subject. So we don't
know to whom we are thanking for.

So "Arigatou" means "Thank you" & "Thankful".

Without mind

It might be difficult to appreciate something, while we are
really not feeling well.

But we can just say "Arigatou" or "Thankful" without any real
appreciated mind.

Because action is more important than just thinking.

Lottery winning & Car
Accident

Something is not good as you think. Something is better than
you think.

Many lottery winner got bankrupt.

Most of people got car accident get more mild and less
ego.

Most of people get sickness get more care others.

My father had car accident and unconscious for 3 days about 10
years ago. But his body is nothing wrong and get more mild. I
don't tell him, but I appreciate the accident.

Summary

Good idea is good. But practice is for all life time.

Continuous laughing for your health & beauty with YouTube.

Laughing and healing power

It is getting common knowledge laughing has great healing
power. Famous one is book from Mr. Norman Cousins.

With Supplement

illness. He was chief editor of magazine. So his book was well
written and evaluated well in medical industry.

Effective laugh

You can laugh any way. But I think effective one is with smile
and loud one with fun feeling. You can practice, but it is not

melt when you laugh and blood pH level go up to alkaline
side.

The biggest sin (from Seikan-san's story)

It is from Thank You Guy (Mr. Seikan Kobayashi)'s book.

Goethe

Goethe (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe 1749-1832) is popular in
Japan. He is introduced in school text book.

Human's biggest sin

He said "Human's biggest sin is being glum mood (or cranky
mood, bad temper)". It is not starting war or murder. Because
most of other thing we think it is not good is only one time. But
people don't think glum mood is not so good.

Constant & influence

So it does not end. It is contagious. It will cause stress to
other people. Sooner or later it will come back to you. People
did something not good were not good mood. It is very common.
Some people use "justice". But if you are really good mood, you
don't care so much.

Just stop it

We cannot change other person. But we can change ourselves.
Only we can is just stop at our place.

How to being good mood

If it is sunny day, you've got present from wife, you've got
bonus from work, you ate something good at lunch time, of cource
you can be in good mood.

It is beginner level.

In advanced level, you can keep in good mood.

Keep smile. Use only good word (heavenly word). Wear only
bright color cloth.

Master level

Just keep saying only good word such as "Thankful" or "I'm so
lucky & happy." without any reason. You can say 1000 times
everyday.

If you say, your brain start looking for why you are so lucky
& happy. When you find out reason, you'll become real happy
& lucky person.

Then we can stop chain of sin.

Thank you,

Everything is good for you (from Buddha's story)

Everything is balanced and good for you.

Moon is going circle around earth. It is balanced.

If you complain about family, friend, neighbor
or jobs, you are complainer. The environment is good for
you.

If you appreciate around you, you are appreciator. The happy
environment is good for you.

So we just create heaven or hell by ourself.

There's good news. Even you cannot really appreciate to
someone or something, if you say appreciated word such "Thank
you" it will work.

The reason is action is much more important than thinking.

Here's proof.

If you go to Japanese restaurant with thinking about Miso
Ramen and actually order Tonkatsu (pork cutlet), which will come
to your table?

Miso Ramen or Tonkatsu?

I guess almost 100% you will see Tonkatsu.

So let's start from ourself, so each person's environment will
be better.

Some case it takes time, because something happening around
you might be from something you did in past.

There's cause-and-effect link. But we can start good cause
from now.

Thank you very much,

Cosmic saving point (from Seikan-san)

Here's another story from Seikan-san (Thank
     you guy).

There's point system in cosmos.

If you do something good, you get cosmic point or cash
(money). Cash is good. We need for living. But it does not have
interests.

Cosmic point has huge interest rate, such as 1000% / year.

You can use the point for something you wish.

But there's bankruptcy system. If you say hell word
(complaint, curse, disaffection, etc. You know.), the point got
clear all.

So let's use good word only.

Thank you,

Greater vehicle & Lesser vehicle Buddhism

There're 2 big stream of buddhism from India.

They are Mahayana [greater vehicle] Buddhism and Hinayana
[lesser vehicle] Buddhism.

Lesser vehicle was original and popular in Sri Lanka,
Thailand, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia.

The original idea is that if you become true happiness, that
is good enough. So it means small vehicle is enough for
heaven.

Greater vehicle one is popular in Tibet, China, Mongolia,
Taiwan, Korea and Japan.

The idea is even you become true happiness it is not enough,
you have to help everyone. So it requires large vehicle.

Both are good idea. But there's trap in greater vehicle one.
Some & often times it call sense of mission, responsiblity
and justice too much.

If you reach to enlightenment (satori), you don't have doubts.
So you can help others.

But if you are not, I think it's better to help yourself
first. Then we can avoid the trap, which is easy to complicate
with our ego.

I think small vehicle would fit for our age.

Thank you,

Seikan Kobayashi's story : Translation for Jeanette (Do what you asked to do)

Seikan-san (a.k.a. Thank You Guy) is a travel writer in Japan. He has been very interested in paranormal.

But paranormal phenomenon does not happens so often. So he changed subject to normal phenomenon as our daily life.

He found over 2000 common terms. These are not scientifically proofed or explained.

His wrote over 20 books for happy & lucky. Once his books were planed for English translation, but it was canceled. Because he cannot proof read by himself in English.

His book is full of pun (equivoque). I think it is very difficult to translate with his humor.

I brought Jeanette (wife) to his 2 hour speech in LA. All speech is in Japanese.

Jeanette understand Hiragana character only in Japanese. She said she understand Japanese more than I think.

But she did not laugh at all his speech while almost all people were kept laughing. We were sitting front row.

I felt a little not good for both. So I explained when I got his autograph.

Seikan-san asked me "Please explain her later in English". Then I said "Yes".

One of his teaching and his philosophy is "If some one asked you to do what only you can do, do it". That is following to your fate in long run.

There's some exception cases. You don't need to do or better not to do.

You don't need to do, if you were asked only for head count.

You don't need to do, if you already have another schedule.

You don't need to do, if you are asked for borrow money. But if you really feel not good by not renting money, you can rent out money.

Well, Seikan-san has over 2000 raws of the universe. It takes some times to explain for you in English. Then you and I will forget some. Writing blog will be more useful for all.

If I write 1 raws per day, it will take about 6 years. Please to be patient.

Thank you,

8 million gods in Japan : Understanding "Spirited Away" (Mr. Hitori Saito's story)

In old era in Japan. People said every thing has sprit or god.
It is about 8 million gods.

But the time, human population was only 1 million. So every
one has about 8 gods.

There're so many. Most of them don't have name or people don't
know the name.

Also they don't have teaching like Buddha or Jesas. Japanese 8
million gods did not care about so much.

So when Buddhism & Christianity were introduced to Japan.
Japanese gods did not care about so much. Because there were
already 8 million. Another a few gods are also welcomed.

One of the famous gods are seven gods of good fortune. They
are like souvenir photograph.

Buddihism was from far east India. When people and god
listened the story, it made sense. So some of the ceremony were
let handled by temple such a funeral.

My parents' house has 1 small Buddhist altar, 2 small
household altar & 1 small shrine for fox.

But one common thing for Japanese 8 million gods are
following:

1) They like clean place
2) They like appreciation

When we go to shine, we supposed to not ask favor. We supposed
to report our appriciation.

There's sun in the sky. Sun give us heat. When we feel warm,
it is not from sun. It is from air. Sun is love from universe.
Air is our appreciation. So to recieve unlimited love from
universe, we need to have appreciation. That's Hitori-san
said.

There're sprit everywhere and everything.

If you want to have experience, wash & clean your toilet
for 1 week everyday with your appriciation.

Most of people I know recieved unexpected income.

Loan Payment Accelerator - Magic of compound interest

If you have $100,000 loan with 30 year fix rate as 7.0%, your
montly payment is $665.30.

If you pay $665.30 every month, how long will it take to pay
off?

360 month (30 years). You pay total $23,9510.98.

No surprise, right? We have these contract with loan
company.

If you pay $100 (about 15%) extra every month, how long will
it take to pay off?

247 month (about 21 years). You pay total $189002.73.

Surprise? I was. It is about $50K less and pays off 9 year
early.

It is the magic of compound interest. If you see above graph
carefully, you'll find less than $100 is paid for pricipal in the
begining.

That's why it takes long time. Many people say mortage
interest has tax advantage. Yes it is true. But the condition is
that if you pay $3, you get back $1. You can choose not pay
$3.

But I'm paying just minimum mortage and I cannot pay extra
15%!!!

Yes I know. But if you have side business or home based
business, you'll have tax advantage.

It will be next topic.

BTW, if you'd like to play with graph calcurator, here it
is:

4 steps to enlightment (from Seikan Kobayashi's book)

I've read Mr. Seikan Kobayashi's book recently. It explained
about enlightment taught by Buddha.

It is easy 4 steps. So let's do it.

Suffering
Life is full of suffering. As you know, there're many thing you
  cannot control. ex) disease, death

Obsession
Above suffering is happened by our obsession.

Eliminate
We can eliminated the obsession and can be free from
  suffering.

Exercise
Let's do the 1-3 steps in our daily life

Graphical Amortization Calculator

I wrote loan amortization calculator for Jeanette's site.

http://www.notaryloans.com/calc/

It shows how much your payment goes to principal payment.

Of cource other money goes to interest payment.

If you pay extra, the money goes to principal payment. So it
will accelarate to pay off your loan quickly.

If you pay just minimum payment, 30 years loan takes 30 years
to pay off.

If you pay about 15% extra every month, 30 years loan will be
paid off about 20 years. I think it is big difference.

News! Plant source multi-vitamin, multi-mineral & multi-phytochemical supplement released!

Plant eat soil. Human eat plant.
Human don't eat soil.

When I heard about above. It really make sensed to me. Human
is top of the food chain. We lost ablity to eat soil while our
revolution.

Now all we know Vitamin-C is important for our health. So many
people take vitamin-C supplement or multivitamin supplement
including vitamin-C.

But there's some price difference $5/month - $30/month.
What's different?

Brand? Mark Up? No it should be change so much. The
price difference is from the source.

Now we can create vitamins from petroleum. It is syncetic
vitamins. When I heard first time, I was surprised. But it make
sense, because petroleum is made by ancient creatures
body. But syncetic vitamins is cheaper than plant
source.

Of cource. We can understand such basic economy. Then what's
difference between petroleum source vitamin & plant source
vitamin?

1st one is absorption rate. Syncetic vitamin has just core
part of vitamin. Human body does not recognized as food.
It is same as soil. Plant vitamin has extra
structure with enzyme and etc. It is called food matrix. Our body
can absorb as a food. Of cource it should be like this.

2nd reason is usage. Even you take syncetic vitamin or
minerals, your body does not understand how to use it. Then it
become toxin for you body. You need to take out from your body.
It makes stress for your liver & kidney. Some peole get
damaged by syncetic supplement. So plant source is ideal.
Human can eat plant.

Of cource price is different. But you cannot feed
diesel fuel to jet engine.

Above was just vitamins. It is same to minerals by same
reason. But not only these, now phytochemicals are
standerlized (it is required for GMP) in a supplement.
Of cource it is not syncetic. We learned already plant source is
far better.

When I heard about the rumor, I was excited. But when I see
the spec (supplement facts), I was stunned. I thought I'd love to
take this supplement.

New Beetle 77777 miles record

border="0" /> After Las Vegas trip 2 weeks ago, I was
checking my car's odo meter time to time. For business
mileage I check every day. But I wanted to see 77777 mile
     record.

And I've got it. It was yesterday. I avoided freeway and took
local load for commute.

The 98 New Beetle was present from my parents for our wedding.
After we've stuck on Pismo Beach with dirt bike trailer, the
maintenance cost much more than average.

For the cost wise, it does not make sense to keep car. But I
consider it is a kind of luxury I could not do before. I talked
to one of my friends some time ago. He said it is not luxury, it
is love.

The beetle has number plate as "HADA BUG", but we call "BeBe"
as nick name. "Be" is from Beetle. Another "Be" is from alarm
lock sound.

I talk to "BeBe" that "You are good car. I appreciate you all
the time." He says "Thank you.". It might be just reflection, but
I don't mind.

Reverse osmosis water, Free radical water & Antioxidant water (healthy water)

Do you know how many chemicals in your drinking water?

Chlorine is one of them. There's about 100 different chlorine
compound in the tap water. 30 out of 100 are cancer-causing
agent.

So water filter is important. Good new is chlorine is easy to
remove by the water filter.

Difficult one is flouride & hormones.

I heard flouride is added to San Jose city water for
prevention for cavity. It seems works because my wife does
not have any cavity. But it does not need to go into your
stomach. It is cancer-causing agent too.

Hormone contamination is getting well known and serious. It is
by hormone treatment for menopause and birth control pill. It
goes to sewage and come back, because there are synthetic and
difficult to break down in the natural world.

Another hormone is called environment hormone. There are not
hormone, but it works as hormone in our body and confuses our
body. These are from plastic products. Dioxin is famous one and
cancer causing agent.

These flouride & hormones are difficult to remove
completely by water filter.

Only reverse osmosis water can do. It squeeze water molecule
only via membrane. So if you filter salt water, you get plain
water. That how it is strong. But it is slow process and water
tends to be acid side. In general it is good filter.

Lastly there's function water. Some people calls enhancement
water. It is filter the water regular way and put voltage in the
water.

One side is water has lack of electron, which is free radical
water.

Another side water is extra electron, which is antioxidant
water.

That antioxidant effect is very strong and fast. Because water
is catalytic agent, and our body is 75 % water.

I had higher back pain about 5 month. My friend chiropractor
treated over 3 month and fixed all and seemed no problem. But I
had pain. I was taking antioxidant supplement regularly, but it
did not help the pain. But after I started drinking the
antioxidant water. It gone in 1 week. I was surprised. I thought
it was just for me, but my wife's knee got better too. Both of us
had injured the place.

These filter is popular in Japan. Some products are available
in US too. But water in Japan is ultra soft water and water is
made for the water. US water is hard water. To make it work
properly, I'd suggest to use ion-exchange resin for pre-filter.
It made so much different in ORP (oxidation-reduction
potentials). -100mv changed to -220mv.

When you choose the water filter, it's better to check what
kind of material used for electric pole. It is very simple
structure but easy to get damaged. Usually decent model has 5-7
titanium plate with platinum coated and cost about $2800.

For me it worths. Best thing is I don't need to carry water
bottles from Costco. Well water is heavy. You have water at home
already. Just filter it.

Aug. 9, 2006 - For the first time ever recorded,
Americans owe more money than they make.
Household debt levels have now surpassed household income by
more than eight percent, reaching 108.4 percent in 2005,
according to a May 2006 study by the Center for American
Progress. Consumer debt is now at a record $2.17 trillion,
reports the Federal Reserve Board and consumers cashed out a
whopping $431 billion in home equity last year.

Refininace or equity loan is excellent idea for some people
who know what they are doing. If you are not, it may become pit
hole. Because you may be seduced for spending easily. There're so
many advertising to make you spend. Sales or discount
must not be your reason to buy.

Before I started business, I thought my finance was fine.
But after that, business expense was challenging. In many case I
thought it is investment or necessary for business and bought,
bud I did not used them.

But finally my expense got full control with the tax diary
system. Keeping reciept was not enough. Downloading credit card
transaction record was not enough. I needed to feel pain when I
use money and think about if it is worth. And also review process
was really important.

There are so many tax advantage for business oweners, because
they wrote the tax rules. Good news is that you can be business
owner in home based business. All W-2 income earner should have
any kind of home based business and use the tax advantage.

Goal is saving/investing your 50%+ of AGI (adjuested gross
income). If you do that, how long will it takes you get out of
all debt and financial free? Most of the case 10 years to be debt
free and additional 10 years to be financial free. If you think
you want to be, just search as "Home based business tax
advantage" on google.

That's I started organizing after I listened Stever Buller's
live presentation 3 times. Now I'm in action and can help others.
At least 7 people started around me in past 1 month. Steve
Buller's presentation is available in DVD, but I cannot find on
online store now. When I found, I'll update this article.

Main cheff Marvin is not here on Sunday. So I'd recommend
other day.

He has experienced over 17 years and very care about what he
cook. House source is made every day from fresh vegitables.

This dish does not have tomato souce. So I'd recommend to have
other dish with tomato source.

Happy Method: Fay-Mau-Bo! (Toastmasters humorous contest)

Yesterday we had club level humorous contest at Silicon Valley JETS

It was my first time to be contestant. I hosted area contest
last year. It looks so fun. So this year I'm participating as
contestant. I was 3rd place of 3 speakers. Yes, there's alwasy
bigger fish. My goal was having club level contest and be
contestant, so I'm happy about it.

Here's my script. Title is "Happy Method: Fay-Mau-Bo!"

====================

How many people are happy right now?

How many people are always happy?

Being happy is not optional. It is duty for our life.

Do you think people started war are happy?
Do you think people kill each other are happy?

Justice is not reason. Because if you are really happy, you
don't care small things.

So I want everyone to be highest level of happiness all the
time. Not just minimum level. Not just OK level. Always highest
level.

If you are not happy, I have to say you are lazy. Because
being unhappy is much easier than trying to be happy. But when
you use this happy method, you will be happy.

It is proven. I'm living example.

Today I'm going to share my experience with this method. It is
from Hitori Saito from Japan. I listened his CD about 100 times
and now I think I could implement well. It is almost brain wash,
but it is in good way.

I call this method Fay-Mau-Bo. I'm sure you've never
heard. Because the name came up this morning.

It is only 3 steps. Are you ready?

First step is face. Your face must be gloss. It is not same as
oily. Happy & lucky people have glossy face.

Then you need have good smile. To have good smile, you wish
everyone? happiness when you see people.

It was easy for me as Japanese. Because many Japanese people
have habit when you do not understand, you smile. So it was my
habit and eliminated, but now I brought it back. So if you see my
smile, it means I don't understand.... only sometime.

When I started smile more I noticed many people smile back.
Even I was not feeling good I forced me to smile. People smiled
to me, I become happy.

Second step is word. Mau is from mouth. There're heaven word
and hell word. Heaven words bring you to heaven. Hell words bring
you to hell. It is very simple, isn't? Heaven words are
lucky, happy, fun, appreciation, etc. Hell words are complaining,
anger, anxiety, etc.
But I think heaven words are rich people? words and hell words
are poor people's words. It was more challenging, because you may
get some bad thought in your head.
Then you can say "Cancel". Or you can say "happy, lucky, happy,
lucky..."
Key part is when you say it, it is your action. Your future will
be change only from your action.

3rd step is body. Bo is body. Wear bright color cloth. It is
same price when you buy. You are the flower in the life. Is there
any flower has your cloth color? I picked sunflower yellow,
because I like sun flower. Now you look completely different with
good smile. I noticed many women smile me, if she is cute girl or
beautiful lady. It makes my day until I go home and see my
wife.

Last thing in body part is wear shiny thing. It was most
challenging for me, because most of the shiny accessories are for
girls. There are flowers & butterflies. I asked my wife and
store lady "Can I wear this?". They said probably not.

I have the result related on my business. I have website.
People can ask the information.

Before: It was 1-2 lead per month.

But after I?e got left hand bracelet from Amazon.com: It went
up 3-5 / day.

Right hand bracelet was birthday present from my wife: It went
up 15-25 / day.

Last one is my necklace. It was from street vendor. Then It
went up 60-140 / day

We've got about 1400 lead and send out about 400 people who we
could verify address.
It cost about $2000. But we only got 1 response. We found out my
site was listed on freebie site. Freebies are just looking for
free samples.

It was good experience for me. I experienced marketing
possibility on the internet. Now my 80% customers are coming from
internet. So it worked for me.

So this method is Fay-Mau-Bo. Do you remember now?

Do you also remember, I listed the CD 100 times. So please
listen my speech at least 100 times. Then you'll be super
happy.

Thank you very much,
Naoki

Bluetooth headset & cellphone warning.

Bluetooth is getting popular. It is very convenient. No doubt
about that part.

It might be no problem to use bluetooth keybord or mouse etc.
But not headset. It is too close to your brain.

Bluetooth is used radio frequency as 2.4GHz. Microwave is
about 10GHz. So it is almost same as you have small microwave on
your ear.

Higher frequency is more destructive energy. You can think
about infrared ray (IR) & ultraviolet ray (UV) light.
IR is lower frequency of human eye can see. UV is opposit side
(high frequency). IR warm up body. UV destroy skin tissue.

Usually it is OK as you are far away. Because it decrease the
energy and power are be inversely proportional to the square of
the distance. Which means if you make double space, the power
decreses 1/8.

That's why bluetooth headset on your ear all the time might be
not good idea.

I did not have cellphone 10 years ago. We don't know yet about
long time effect. But 2 of my friends got brain surgery in last 2
years.

So I'd recommend to use wired headset. It is your choice.

ALOHA sprits (Life philosophy from Hawaii)

This is learned from toastmasters friend from Hawaii.

ALOHA means:

A (AKAHAI) - (respect)

L (LOKAHI) - (cooporation)

O (OLOL) - (joy)

H (HAAHA) - (humble)

A (AHONUI) - (patient)

Hawaii is located between America and Asia. I think these
would apply to most of asian countries. But now I think it is
apply in US too.

Before I came to US, I thought US people looked not really
being "humble". It is from TV show or
movies, so I had bias. But I learned more and more about business
and successful people.

They have the "humble" in common as well. It
might be converted to "appriciation".

Well, I'm still learning these and both US and Japanese
cultures.

After the game: Are you winner?

It is from someone's speech at toatmasters club some time
ago.The person eager to win the contest, but he did not win. Two
question come from his father.

Did you do your best?

Did you enjoy?

If both were yes, you're the winner.

Full of enjoyment with no regret.

I belive this is also true for our life. After the end of our
life, we may ask ourself. How was my life? Did I do my best? Did
I enjoy?

In any case, all experience become your treasure like your
favorit movie.

Big Deal: Automated Business Oppotunity ROI 100% !!!?

Have you ever play Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow 101 board
game?

There's deal card "Automated Business Opportunity". These are
most profitable business on the card. ROI (Return On Investment)
is 60-100%. I was looking for these opportunity in real life for
long time (about 4 years).

I was invited sales presentation for vending machine (drink
& snack) business. It was first time for me to listen the
automated business opportunity. I was so excited.

But I declined. But it is good deal only if it is 20
years ago.

$20K for 3 vending macines. 1 machine is about $6K and earns
$6K / year. Then it is about 100% ROI.

But it requires to have physical work to buy snack &
drink, deliver, maintenance machines. You need to have inventory
and employee (or employ yourself). Then the ROI need to be
calculated as subtract your labor.

I was at seminar about Web 2.0 last Friday. The gap was big
for me.

Now I realized I'm in Dream Job for 40 hours week and Dream
Business for 30-40 hours week. Well I know I'm workaholic. But I
don't have any stress. Because I love it what I'm doing.

So the Dream Business I believe now is internet affiliate
business or network marketing business. Because you don't need to
have inventory, employee, office, commute. You can choose place
to live any place in the world.

You still have to customer education, sales, follow up. But it
is the most fun part of business. Because customer become your
friends.

I had another personal reason. I don't want to
contribute people's illness by selling soda or
snack.

BTW, my wife and I love to go to sales presentation. If you
know something interesting in Silicon Valley, please let us know.
We can go together. With us you'll be more secure because I won't
do impulse purchase : )

Double shower filter installed

border="0" /> Do you know your skin absorb toxin?

It is called transdermal absorption. Many people care about
what you eat & drink. But it is easy to forget about this
toxin through your skin. Skin care, cosmetics, even shampoo &
soup may harm you.

Chlorine (& chlorinated compound) is in the tap water
& shower water. When it get vaporized, you intake to your
lung.

Your pore also open with warm water and absorb toxin more.

Right photo is my shower filter. White one is old one. Black
one installed recently. Both did not reduce water pressure so
much.

I used to get itchy after the hot shower, but after 2nd one. I
don't get it any more. My wife experienced same way.

When we had white one first time, we noticed the difference a
lot. But the filter may not work long time.

Water in Silicon Valley is not so great. Especially in San
Jose. Mountain View was much better. But after both shower filter
I think the shower water quality got much improved. I recommended
white one to friend in Oklahoma. She like it too. So I think it
is worth to try for your place too.

BTW, black one has cleaning mode. In the mode it spray out to
left side. It's better to install facing to wall.

I proud myself today. Cash donation to MannaRelief

I'm still in Fort Worth, TX for glyconutrition business
seminar. This is my 3rd year.

Today's main event was life change experience story and asked
for donation for MannaRelief, which is NPO to help people who
cannot afford financially with glyconutrition.

My cash donation this year was $3,000. Last year was $1000 and
it was 10% income from my glyconutrition business. Business did
not grow as I expected last year. Only 50% grow. I was planning
5-15 times grow. I was a little disappointed to myself, but I
wanted to contribute more. So I donated 20% of my glyconutrition
business income (as pre-tax) $3000.

It was my largest donation. When I was writing check, I was
very nervous because I have to pay tax due in April.

But I was more excited and proud about myself same
time.

If you don't know about MannaRelief yet, please check
They will be more known through 8th Wonder of World Project

Healthy Japanese food but not Tempura

Japanese food is basically healthy. But Tempura is really not
good for your health.

I know everything taste good when it is fried. Even it is
fried with vegetable oil.

All vegetable oil from store is not good for your
health.Animal oil is far worth.

Trans-fatty acid (saturated fat) is used to extract
vegitable oil usally. Even it is not used as just squeezed,
vegetable oil (unsaturated fat) are very easy to get
oxidized. Oxidized oil causes liver damage.

If you really like tempura and cannot live without it, it's
better to eat once a month as maximum.

So what should I take? I heard about vegitable oil is good for
you health.

I think the best way to take vagetable oil is eating with
whole grain. Then it does not get oxidized.

Whole grain has life to reproduce. It is alive. You can get
organic whole grains at Whole Foods.

Lastly, please remember also all processed food is not good
for your health.

"Ask" anything, but no begging.

As you signed up as "independent associate" or "independent
distributor", you should realize you are independent business
owner.

So it is not good to just wait for what you should do to
achieve your goals. Instead, "ASK".

If you ask, you get answer. There's no secret, but there's
truth. If you don't ask, noone cannot answer.

If you ask me something, usually it happens as follow.

I have answer, you get answer.

I have answer, I prefer not give you answer (very rare
  case).

I don't have answer, but I know other resource (FAQ,
customer service, my upline) have answer or better answer.

I don't have answer and don't know who you should ask. It
might be very good question. Let's find out answer
  together.

There're some really helpful information. If you know, it
really helps.

USPS' priority flat rate envelop ($3.85) is very
  convinient.

If you put CD or DVD with paper envelope, it costs just
  $0.37.

Dream boad works.

I have duplicatable system you can follow and achieve your
  goal.

Your upline wants to help you.

etc.

But no begging. If you like begging, yes, you can. If don't
like, it is not necessary. Then, don't do that.

3) Bright color clothes as a flower (Tsuyako49 by Hitori Saito)

You're the only one flower in the world. Then you looks like
flower not like soil or grass.

Pick bright color clothes. When you buy clothes, it cost same
as dark color clothes.

Look youself in the mirror. Do you look like a flower? Is
there flower has the color? Do you look & feel happier?

Reflect your happiness to your smile. Force to you to have

2) Heaven words & Hell words (Tsuyako49 by Hitori Saito)

Word has power. In Japanese we call 言霊 (Kotodama: sprits of
word). Word you say reflects your environment and your
future.

Heaven words bring you to heaven. Hell words bring you to
hell.

Heaven words:
* Lucky
* Happy
* Appriciate
* Thank you

Hell words:
* Moaning, Disaffection
* Complaint
* Curse, Gossip
* Anxiety, Concern

There's system & rule in this world. If you say something
good, you will have same good situation you want to say good word
again.

If you say some hell word, you can cancel by saying "I'm
lucky" 10 times.

So change your word. Your word is your reality.

Hitori Saito did not mention, but I believe heaven word is
rich words and hell word is poor words.

If you are feeling lucky, you are happy. And you can care
about other people.

Next you wish each person you meet "You will have every
good thing". Challenge is 100 per day. But 5 or even 1 is OK.

The key is wishing other person's happiness.

Now you have glossy face, good smile, heaven words, wish of
other person's happiness. You are right on track.

All happy successful person have glossy face.
