Everything is balanced and good for you.

Here's another story from Seikan-san (Thank you guy).

There's point system in cosmos.

If you do something good, you get cosmic point or cash (money). Cash is good. We need for living. But it does not have interests.

Cosmic point has huge interest rate, such as 1000% / year.

You can use the point for something you wish.

But there's bankruptcy system. If you say hell word (complaint, curse, disaffection, etc. You know.), the point got clear all.

So let's use good word only.

Jeanette and I were in Japan for 3 weeks. It was been 2 years from last trip to Japan and 5 years from last fireworks season.

Last 1 week of July and first 1 week of August are the most fireworks season in Japan. We could go 5 places this time.

This is one of my favorit topic.

If you have $100,000 loan with 30 year fix rate as 7.0%, your montly payment is $665.30.

If you pay $665.30 every month, how long will it take to pay off?

360 month (30 years). You pay total $23,9510.98.

No surprise, right? We have these contract with loan company.

If you pay $100 (about 15%) extra every month, how long will it take to pay off?

247 month (about 21 years). You pay total $189002.73.

Surprise? I was. It is about $50K less and pays off 9 year early.

It is the magic of compound interest. If you see above graph carefully, you'll find less than $100 is paid for pricipal in the begining.

That's why it takes long time. Many people say mortage interest has tax advantage. Yes it is true. But the condition is that if you pay $3, you get back $1. You can choose not pay $3.

But I'm paying just minimum mortage and I cannot pay extra 15%!!!

Yes I know. But if you have side business or home based business, you'll have tax advantage.

It passed 2 weeks after Lucky came to our home.

I had other bird pet before (chicken, turkey, bantam, budgie, parotlet), but he is the first one does grab & eat.

So cool.

Yesterday (10/6) new bird come to home from PETCO. He is a Fancy Green Cheek Conure.

The hatch certificate says he came out from egg on 7/6/2006.

Rupet was his given name, but I cannot pronounce properly. It came to his middle name. Now his full name is Lucky Rupet Hada.

He will be about 10 inch and live 20+ years. We have to write about on our will. Pre-Paid Legal is helpful for such issue.

He is fun boy. I feel he is reincarnation from Celestial Parrotlet I used to have. His name was GT (Green Tea).

After Las Vegas trip 2 weeks ago, I was checking my car's odo meter time to time. For business mileage I check every day. But I wanted to see 77777 mile record.

And I've got it. It was yesterday. I avoided freeway and took local load for commute.

The 98 New Beetle was present from my parents for our wedding. After we've stuck on Pismo Beach with dirt bike trailer, the maintenance cost much more than average.

For the cost wise, it does not make sense to keep car. But I consider it is a kind of luxury I could not do before. I talked to one of my friends some time ago. He said it is not luxury, it is love.

The beetle has number plate as "HADA BUG", but we call "BeBe" as nick name. "Be" is from Beetle. Another "Be" is from alarm lock sound.

I talk to "BeBe" that "You are good car. I appreciate you all the time." He says "Thank you.". It might be just reflection, but I don't mind.

I was recommending this restaurant to many people. Pizza is excellent, but other food are also excellent.

But I forgot what I ate before. That was Chicken Francis.

Main cheff Marvin is not here on Sunday. So I'd recommend other day.

He has experienced over 17 years and very care about what he cook. House source is made every day from fresh vegitables.

This dish does not have tomato souce. So I'd recommend to have other dish with tomato source.

It was a little late, but I could managed to finish to process Hadaseicha's 2006 green tea order. It took longer time, because was exeeded our expectation. It is good. My parents and I are very happy.

It is 95% manual process. I can be automated some way, but it is only once a year about 1-2 weeks. Every year it got improved.

We are so happy and excited so many people will try the best green tea from our firm.

Tea season will start around 5/10 - 5/25. It is very important season. Please wish my parents to have good health condition the time and we don't have late spring frost on tea firm.
