Plant eat soil. Human eat plant. Human don't eat soil.
When I heard about above. It really make sensed to me. Human is top of the food chain. We lost ablity to eat soil while our revolution.
Now all we know Vitamin-C is important for our health. So many people take vitamin-C supplement or multivitamin supplement including vitamin-C.
But there's some price difference $5/month - $30/month. What's different?
Brand? Mark Up? No it should be change so much. The price difference is from the source.
Now we can create vitamins from petroleum. It is syncetic vitamins. When I heard first time, I was surprised. But it make sense, because petroleum is made by ancient creatures body. But syncetic vitamins is cheaper than plant source.
Of cource. We can understand such basic economy. Then what's difference between petroleum source vitamin & plant source vitamin?
1st one is absorption rate. Syncetic vitamin has just core part of vitamin. Human body does not recognized as food. It is same as soil. Plant vitamin has extra structure with enzyme and etc. It is called food matrix. Our body can absorb as a food. Of cource it should be like this.
2nd reason is usage. Even you take syncetic vitamin or minerals, your body does not understand how to use it. Then it become toxin for you body. You need to take out from your body. It makes stress for your liver & kidney. Some peole get damaged by syncetic supplement. So plant source is ideal. Human can eat plant.
Of cource price is different. But you cannot feed diesel fuel to jet engine.
Above was just vitamins. It is same to minerals by same reason. But not only these, now phytochemicals are standerlized (it is required for GMP) in a supplement. Of cource it is not syncetic. We learned already plant source is far better.

Do you know how many chemicals in your drinking water?
Chlorine is one of them. There's about 100 different chlorine compound in the tap water. 30 out of 100 are cancer-causing agent.
So water filter is important. Good new is chlorine is easy to remove by the water filter.
Difficult one is flouride & hormones.
I heard flouride is added to San Jose city water for prevention for cavity. It seems works because my wife does not have any cavity. But it does not need to go into your stomach. It is cancer-causing agent too.
Hormone contamination is getting well known and serious. It is by hormone treatment for menopause and birth control pill. It goes to sewage and come back, because there are synthetic and difficult to break down in the natural world.
Another hormone is called environment hormone. There are not hormone, but it works as hormone in our body and confuses our body. These are from plastic products. Dioxin is famous one and cancer causing agent.
These flouride & hormones are difficult to remove completely by water filter.
Only reverse osmosis water can do. It squeeze water molecule only via membrane. So if you filter salt water, you get plain water. That how it is strong. But it is slow process and water tends to be acid side. In general it is good filter.
Lastly there's function water. Some people calls enhancement water. It is filter the water regular way and put voltage in the water.
One side is water has lack of electron, which is free radical water.
Another side water is extra electron, which is antioxidant water.
That antioxidant effect is very strong and fast. Because water is catalytic agent, and our body is 75 % water.
I had higher back pain about 5 month. My friend chiropractor treated over 3 month and fixed all and seemed no problem. But I had pain. I was taking antioxidant supplement regularly, but it did not help the pain. But after I started drinking the antioxidant water. It gone in 1 week. I was surprised. I thought it was just for me, but my wife's knee got better too. Both of us had injured the place.
These filter is popular in Japan. Some products are available in US too. But water in Japan is ultra soft water and water is made for the water. US water is hard water. To make it work properly, I'd suggest to use ion-exchange resin for pre-filter. It made so much different in ORP (oxidation-reduction potentials). -100mv changed to -220mv.
When you choose the water filter, it's better to check what kind of material used for electric pole. It is very simple structure but easy to get damaged. Usually decent model has 5-7 titanium plate with platinum coated and cost about $2800.
For me it worths. Best thing is I don't need to carry water bottles from Costco. Well water is heavy. You have water at home already. Just filter it.

Bluetooth is getting popular. It is very convenient. No doubt about that part.
It might be no problem to use bluetooth keybord or mouse etc. But not headset. It is too close to your brain.
Bluetooth is used radio frequency as 2.4GHz. Microwave is about 10GHz. So it is almost same as you have small microwave on your ear.
Higher frequency is more destructive energy. You can think about infrared ray (IR) & ultraviolet ray (UV) light. IR is lower frequency of human eye can see. UV is opposit side (high frequency). IR warm up body. UV destroy skin tissue.
Usually it is OK as you are far away. Because it decrease the energy and power are be inversely proportional to the square of the distance. Which means if you make double space, the power decreses 1/8.
That's why bluetooth headset on your ear all the time might be not good idea.
I did not have cellphone 10 years ago. We don't know yet about long time effect. But 2 of my friends got brain surgery in last 2 years.
So I'd recommend to use wired headset.It is your choice.

Do you know your skin absorb toxin?
It is called transdermal absorption. Many people care about what you eat & drink. But it is easy to forget about this toxin through your skin. Skin care, cosmetics, even shampoo & soup may harm you.
Chlorine (& chlorinated compound) is in the tap water & shower water. When it get vaporized, you intake to your lung.

Right photo is my shower filter. White one is old one. Black one installed recently. Both did not reduce water pressure so much.
I used to get itchy after the hot shower, but after 2nd one. I don't get it any more. My wife experienced same way.
When we had white one first time, we noticed the difference a lot. But the filter may not work long time.
Water in Silicon Valley is not so great. Especially in San Jose. Mountain View was much better. But after both shower filter I think the shower water quality got much improved. I recommended white one to friend in Oklahoma. She like it too. So I think it is worth to try for your place too.
BTW, black one has cleaning mode. In the mode it spray out to left side. It's better to install facing to wall.

I'm still in Fort Worth, TX for glyconutrition business seminar. This is my 3rd year.

Japanese food is basically healthy. But Tempura is really not good for your health.
I know everything taste good when it is fried. Even it is fried with vegetable oil.
All vegetable oil from store is not good for your health.Animal oil is far worth.
Trans-fatty acid (saturated fat) is used to extract vegitable oil usally. Even it is not used as just squeezed, vegetable oil (unsaturated fat) are very easy to get oxidized. Oxidized oil causes liver damage.
If you really like tempura and cannot live without it, it's better to eat once a month as maximum.
So what should I take? I heard about vegitable oil is good for you health.
I think the best way to take vagetable oil is eating with whole grain. Then it does not get oxidized.
Whole grain has life to reproduce. It is alive. You can get organic whole grains at Whole Foods.
Lastly, please remember also all processed food is not good for your health.
