"Creating the Value of Life (生きがいの創造)" by Fumihiko Iida

輪廻転生 (metempsychosis, samsara, recursion of life) is common idea in Buddhism. So I had some idea and some personal experience.

But first of all, I want to note it is based on science and not religion.

Hitori Saito was recommending Fumihiko Iida's book. It is rare for him. So I read the book and got life change impact.

I want to the share the information to all my friends. But the book in Japanese. But fortunately there's free downloadable English version on his website.
